Veridian Buy & Win Competition – Terms & Conditions
By entering the Veridian Buy & Win Competition, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Competition Period
The competition runs until 30 October 2026 at 21:00. Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw. The winner will be drawn on 31 October 2026.
2. How to Enter
A purchase alone does not automatically enter a customer into the competition. To participate, the customer must complete and submit the official online competition entry form before the closing date and time.
Participants must provide accurate information, including their name, contact number, invoice/receipt number and purchase amount. Each submitted entry must relate to a genuine qualifying purchase.
3. Number of Entries
Every qualifying order receives 1 entry, plus 1 additional entry for every full R500 spent on that order.
For example: an order below R500 receives 1 entry; R500 receives 2 entries; R1,000 receives 3 entries; and R2,000 receives 5 entries.
Where a participant qualifies for multiple entries, their name will be added to the final draw wheel the corresponding number of times. For example, a participant with 5 entries will have their name appear on the wheel 5 times.
Customers may enter again for additional qualifying purchases, provided a valid entry form is submitted for each purchase.
4. Purchase Verification
All entries are subject to verification by Veridian. The invoice or receipt associated with the selected entry must be valid, genuine and paid in full before the participant can be confirmed as the winner.
If the selected entry cannot be verified, contains incorrect or fraudulent information, relates to an unpaid or partially paid invoice, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, that entry may be disqualified and the wheel will be spun again to select another potential winner.
Veridian reserves the right to request proof of purchase where necessary.
5. The Draw
The draw will take place on 31 October 2026 using a digital random wheel containing all verified qualifying entries.
Each entry represents one position on the wheel. Participants who have earned multiple entries will therefore appear multiple times.
The wheel spin will be recorded. Once a potential winner is selected, Veridian will verify the corresponding purchase and payment before confirming the winner.
Once verified, the winner will be contacted using the details supplied on the entry form. The winner and the recorded wheel-spin video will also be announced/published on Veridian’s social media page(s).
6. The Prize
The winner will receive the Veridian Ultimate Braai Prize, consisting of:
One Impala Vleis Braai Hamper
One fully printed Veridian 30-can cooler bag
Two 15oz skinny tumblers with custom designs
The winner will work with a Veridian designer to create the custom designs for the two tumblers. The customisation will be subject to Veridian’s normal design requirements and production capabilities.
The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or another product.
7. Winner Contact & Collection
Veridian will contact the winner using the contact information provided on the competition entry form. The winner must be able to provide any information reasonably required to verify their identity and qualifying purchase.
Prize collection/delivery arrangements will be communicated directly to the confirmed winner.
8. Incorrect, Duplicate or Fraudulent Entries
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is correct.
Submitting the same purchase repeatedly does not create additional entries beyond the number legitimately earned from that purchase. Veridian reserves the right to remove duplicate, manipulated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid submissions.
9. Personal Information
Personal information submitted through the competition form will be used to administer the competition, verify entries and contact the winner. Any separate consent to receive future marketing communication from Veridian will be optional and will not affect a participant’s eligibility to enter or win.
10. General
Veridian reserves the right to reasonably amend, suspend or cancel the competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
